At the Future of Tech - Unconference, the stage is yours

This gathering shatters the conventional barriers of rigid agendas (although we do have one) and preordained presentations. It's an organic expedition into the Future of Tech, navigated with Panel and Open Space collab.

We will have amazing people in the panel discussion: KatyAnjaVuksan, and Branislav to share their perspectives and hear yours. This panel is not a classic one, and we will include all of you as much as possible to make it as interactive as possible...

Aaaaand then more of our friends will be bringing great topics to the open space, navigating everything from HR, People, Agile, Product, Leadership, AI, and Engineering topics for the Future of Tech - Jelena, Olgica, Malisa, Aleksandra, Ana i NenadFilip, Duana.

Keep in mind that the process of an Open Space is designed to be highly participatory, inclusive, and collaborative. There will be no one speaker and one person accountable for the topic and its journey...

Everyone participating in a selected stream fully controls their sharing experience and the session's outcomes. As a result, there is highly engaged group discussion, exchange, and networking.

Let's talk about mind-bending advancements in the realms of AI, blockchain, and beyond and how it affects our reality, our human nature, our leadership, and our future…

Your voice will be heard, your ideas echoed, and your visions amplified at the event.

Remember: Innovation knows no bounds, and neither does this unconference!

Olgica played chess for over 20 years, and spent the past 10 years in STEM, where she encountered various challenges.

From her earliest days in STEM, Olgica faced an array of challenges, navigating uncharted territories where psychological safety was lacking, health issues were rising, technical debt loomed, and unrealistic deadlines haunted even the most ambitious projects. But rather than accepting defeat, she embarked on a quest for solutions. Determined to find the best tools, techniques, and paths to overcome these obstacles, Olgica ventured into uncharted territory, unearthing the secrets that would change and benefit not only herself but also her colleagues.

Moreover, she took on the challenge of rethinking the very essence of how programming is taught in schools, seeking ways to ensure future generations would thrive in STEM environments. Her focus is on methodologies such as pair and mob programming.

Imagine a world where programmers can fearlessly collaborate, innovate, and ideate without the burden of anxiety or stress. Picture a workplace where empathy, exploration, innovation, higher purpose, and fearless, laser-focused action are the foundation, fostering creativity and unleashing the full potential of every team member. That's the world Olgica envisions.

Today, Olgica proudly holds several impactful roles - a dynamic CPQC Coach (Certified Positive Intelligence Coach), a visionary Software Engineer, and a Technical Coach. In parallel, Olgica explores the world of Reiki.
